Worst car service, went for oil change, also asked the guy to rotate tire, he was reluctant, other guy agreed to do it. The first guy was very upset. When I left lube shop, knocking sound came from driver side front tire. 100% sure it happened here. Drove back home unsure what it was, next morning tire flat and a huge nail, and probably he didn’t even rotate tires. Will never go back again and will not recommend to anyone. Refund my money for tire rotation and compensate $45 for tire patch.

I had a wonderful experience I was in and out quickly. They were incredibly polite. I definitely wanna keep coming here for my oil changes and probably will come get my emissions this week. Thank you Dominick for your help today!

I initially went to the JL at 2138 Briarcliff Rd needing an oil change and replacement of brake lights. I was first told that my SAAB is no longer servicable at that location and was told to go elsewhere. Then another employee told me he could do the service. Unfortunately, he could only do th oil change and told me to go somewhere else to fix the brake lights. Needless to say I am quite disappointed in how was treated at that location. That location receives 0 stars for extremely poor customer service. I then went to JL at 5107 Buford HWY. They were excellent. They made EVERY effort to assure me they would work to fix my car. The mechanics went out of their way to get the parts necessary to complete the work. They explained in clear, concise details what was wrong, how it would need to be repaired and how long it would take. They were awesome! I will now make this my service station. Thanks to everyone who helped me, you are all awesome!!! 5 stars!!!

Amber helped me out today and she was lovely and so patient / accommodating. She made my oil change process painless and I was having a stressful day to start - thanks Amber!! I will definitely be back for my next oil change and or anything else needed for my car. Great team!!! Highly recommend.

I came in for a routine oil change with a multi-point inspection before heading to Miami for the weekend. I was already aware that my car had a small tear in the engine splash shield (underbody cover) that had been there for a long time. It had never affected my driving, and while it was mentioned when I arrived, I was never told it needed to be fully removed or that it posed an immediate issue. The oil change itself was easy and straightforward, and I used a Groupon with no problems. After leaving, I drove less than 0.01 miles to a new car wash next door. As soon as I exited, I heard loud metal scraping from underneath my car. I immediately pulled over and noticed that a metal heat shield was hanging down and dragging, and that the engine splash shield that had previously been on my car was now completely gone, without my knowledge. I returned to Jiffy Lube right away. When I explained that something was hanging, I was instructed to pull forward into the service area so it could be inspected. Because the heat shield had not been properly secured after the oil change, pulling forward caused the already-loose metal to crinkle and bend further underneath my car. At that point, th
